Computer Restrictions

• Schedule the number of hours each child can use the computer, per day or by week.
• Set–up or block off hours of computer use per day or week for each child. i.e...two hours per day between the hours of 9am to 7pm or 25 hours per week but only between the hours of 3pm and 9pm. The combinations are endless!
• Set–up a weekly schedule to contro when your children can use the computer and the amount of time available per child. For example, your children can only use the computer for four hours per day Monday thru Friday and for two hours per day after 5pm on Saturday & Sunday. Again, the combinations are endless!
• Your child has a special project due and needs to be on the computer for an extended period of time? With a few clicks of your mouse KidsWatch Time Control™ will allow you to temporarily bypass the restrictions that you put in place.
• Need to lock your child out of their computer, no problem, KidsWatch Time Control™ will easily allow you to lock your child out of their computer for a temporary or extended period of time.

• Schedule the number of hours your child can use one or more programs. For example, with KidsWatch Time Control™ you can limit your child to three hours per day when using their favorite game and to fourteen hours per week when using America Online.
• Permit your children to use each or all programs for a set number of hours per day or week within a specific time frame. For example, you can set your children up with two hours per day of Internet access but only between the hours of 9am and 7pm. The combinations are endless!
• Setup a weekly schedule to control when your children can use specific programs, for example, with KidsWatch Time Control™, your children can use Microsoft Word Monday thru Friday but only play their favorite games for three hurs per day Saturday & Sunday after 3pm. Again the combinations are endless!
• Lock down the Computer to prevent and/or limit you child from downloading and installing inappropriate software.

• Restrict or limit online messaging (online chatting),email, surfing of the Internet or playing Internet games.
• Schedule the amount of time and establish which days your children can use the Internet. For example, KidsWatch Time Control™ allows you to set–up Internet Explorer to be used for two hours per day between the hours of 3–5pm Monday through Friday and for five hours per day on Saturday and Sunday. Don’t allow instant messaging (chatting) during the week but allow it for three hours per day on Saturday between the hours of 3–7pm.
• The advanced version contains website filtering:
1– Block access to web sites you feel are inappropriate and allow access to all others

2– Allow access to web sites you have approved and prevent access to all others

3– Block access to keyword searches and web site addresses containing those same keywords

Child Activity Reports / Monitoring

• View the web sites your child visits, the programs they use and when they were active on the computer.
• Have these reports emailed to you (Windows XP or 2000 only) on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

• Allow your children to extend any of their restrictions for that day with temporary one time passwords

• Extend, reduce, lock, bypass and reinstate restrictions remotely from any PC on your home network
