PC-Time Manager is another extremely easy to use program that performs few functions. This program has three screens, one for entering a password, a main menu screen and a time limit warning screen.

PC–Time Manager utilizes the user settings already set up in Windows to identify users on the computer. You simply check a box corresponding to the day and hour that you want to either block or allow users on the computer.
